If you're all about saving the planet and your wallet, menstrual cups might be your new BFF. These silicone or rubber cups are reusable, cutting down on waste and expenses. It's a bit of a learning curve, but once you get the hang of it, you might never go back to the old ways.
Similar to a tampon but you need to rinse out the blood that fills up the cup.
