Amazon's 'Subscribe & Save' service is a hidden gem for saving money on essential items, yet it often goes unnoticed by many. I know this as I have mentioned it to various friends and family and they all ask 'What's Amazon Subscribe & Save?'.
This service allows users to subscribe to regular deliveries of commonly purchased items, providing discounts ranging from 5% to 15% depending on how much you buy.
The flexibility of choosing delivery frequencies and additional discounts for larger orders make it an attractive option for budget-conscious consumers. Despite its benefits, many people remain unaware of this service, and spreading awareness could help more individuals enjoy the convenience and savings it offers.
OK so what's the process of Subscribe & Save?
Amazon Subscribe & Save tips
- Make sure you log in a week or so before your delivery date so you can check which items are due to be delivered and their prices. Sometimes I find prices too high and will skip for that month. E.g as you can see above, the Costa coffee Tassimo pods are pricey this month, so I'll skip them and buy elsewhere.
- You do need to stay on top of what is coming each month as I can tell you from experience how frustrating a 6-pack of 12 x toilet rolls turning up when you don't need them yet it. Luckily for me, this was just before covid so was a blessing 😂
